Navion Rental Schedule

Our Favorite Route

Want to know what my own personal favorite route if I visited BC?  I would first start in Vancouver at Granville Island walking around enjoying the sights sounds and people.  There you can jet ski, boat, take water taxis, great dining and a nightclub or theatre production all at the inner harbor of Vancouver BC!  Catch downtown Vancouver with its tall skyscrapers and watch the float planes take off for Victoria.  Better Yet take a 2 day mini holiday and fly to Victoria and stay at their harbor!  Grouse mountain and Stanley Park is just a stone throw away for a quick drive through!    I would head to Whistler and its four season playground.  Next, get a taste of the old west, The Flying “U” ranch with it’s 100’s of acres of unsupervised horseback riding.  A horse lovers dream.  Barkerville’s old mining town atmosphere with their many actors would be a natural follow up.  You feel almost like there will be a gunfight down main street at any minute.  Then, onward to the tall mountains and lakes of Jasper and Banff.  Continue on to settle down in the Okanagan in Kelowna’s city park with all the water sports you can think of or Skaha Lake in Penticton with Wrights Beach camping for a more relaxing pace.

Vancouver

Nestled between the sparkling waters of the Pacific Ocean and the towering peaks of the Coast Mountains, Vancouver, BC, is a city where urban sophistication meets breathtaking natural beauty. Stroll along the seawall in Stanley Park, where the scent of cedar trees mingle with the salty sea breeze, or watch the sun dip behind the snow-capped mountains, painting the sky in hues of gold and pink. From the vibrant blooms of the VanDusen Botanical Garden to the misty trails of Grouse Mountain, Vancouver’s charm lies in its seamless blend of cityscape and wilderness, a place where every turn reveals a postcard-perfect view.

Barkerville

Step back in time and experience the magic of Barkerville, a historic gold rush town nestled in British Columbia’s Cariboo Mountains. Perfect for motorhome adventures, Barkerville offers a unique blend of history and outdoor exploration. With RV-friendly routes and nearby campgrounds, you can easily park your motorhome and wander the charming wooden boardwalks, explore the preserved 19th-century buildings, and enjoy interactive exhibits that bring the gold rush era to life.
